Everything was Good except the washroom which had cockroaches and broken tiles which looks unhygienic..but overall the staff was good and food was average

Our overall experience of staying at Krishna Beach Resort can be said to be good. The location is very good. The food at Chula Wala Restaurant is amazing. But our experience regarding housekeeping and staff is not good at all.

Krishna resort is located in a great location right next to Nagoa beach what is very convenient when you come to enjoy a beach holiday. We had a nice experience with the staff, the food is also good and breakfast buffet included in our room price also did not disappoint. However I booked the Splash Pool room,I came with high expectations that were not fulfilled. The room was very very poorly maintained. Many shelves were dusty, shower was very dirty with stains all over the hose, TV was very old and malfunctioning and the splash pool itself was filled with cold water, does not have any heating to maintain temperature and no lights to enjoy in the evening. I would also suggest that adding a glass on the balcony could help to avoid insects getting in the pool (especially mosquitoes) and it would be helpful in maintaining cleanliness of it. The price really does not reflect on the room you receive. Even though staff is really well mannered, polite and nice it can not make up for the unpleasant rooms that are offered to guests.

good resort with nice location...only the bathroom fixes like taps and shower heads are old and needs replacement..rest is excellent

The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable.

The location of hotel is ultimate as beach is easily assessible. Only issue I think was cleanliness in the room which I had to told the staff. Otherwise hotel experience was very good evening they providef early check in and very helping staff.

Good location. Buffet breakfast menu is very limited. Property offers 15% discount on weekdays on the direct bookings but no such discount if book thru mmt. Very unfriendly.
